The cyclone cleaner, which has no moving parts, is intended for continuous water flows with back pressure. The industrial water filter separates 80-95% of all high-density particles with a weight greater than 1. The discharge is collected in the bottom of the cleaner and can be discharged manually or with an automatic valve.
Collected discharge are emptied without affecting the process flow
The timer set automatic discharge valve requires 230V, single-phase
Valve instrument requirement: Compressed air 5.5 – 7 bar or 2.5 – 8 bar (pure water)
The pressure drop across the cleaner is constant at approx. 0.3 – 0.9 bar
